About

A bio about me? I’ve been blogging since 2000 after a messy, painful divorce. I’ve since walked down the long path to finding myself. I’ve blogged about politics, activism and technology, but this is my most personal of spaces. It seems like the more I explore, the less I find I know about the world and, many times, myself.

I spent many of my teen years trying to lose myself, my 20’s trying to find happiness in marriage, and my 30’s transitioning. I finally realized I could be the master of who and what I wanted to be. If there is any way to really find yourself, I have.

These days my focus is on the future and making a better life for myself. I enjoy digital photography, running, walking, and biking. I enjoy volunteering for political,  queer, and progressive organizations. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my friends and those who love me. It’s what makes life worth living.
