Seeing my portfolio see-saw back and forth, and at best maybe breaking even,  I have to wonder who makes money in this market? I&rsquo;m not moving what I have, but it all makes me wonder if the stock market hasn&rsquo;t fundamentally changed in the past 15 years. It seems like it&rsquo;s no longer a safe place for an average Jo to put their money.</p>
